Mikalai is a seasoned technical leader with over 20 years of experience in engineering and information technology, and a passion for digitalization and sustainability. His previous experience includes various roles in chemical and electronics industrial domains, from engineering and development to leading of divisions and defining and execution the vision and strategy for innovative digital products that enhance the performance, quality, and efficiency of customers.

Mikalai’s core technical and process competencies include industrial automation and integration, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML), agile methodologies, and strategic roadmaps. He has proved his ability to lead and grow software product teams, engage with customers and business development, and discover and implement new technologies to increase competitive advantage. Mikalai holds certifications in ICAgile, SAFe, and product development. He is driven by the challenge of creating value through digital solutions that support the evolution and sustainability of industry.
