Constantinos Neophytou

Constantinos founded Teamvision in 2000, aiming to focus on the local venture capital market. Building on a 23-year career in investment services, Constantinos is passionate about leveraging his academic knowledge and hands-on expertise to align his values and resources with delivering value services for clients.

Constantinos has a unique combination of scientific, technical and finance skills, together with expertise in launching and managing new ventures. Prior to launching his own firm, he was the founder and managing director of an investment firm and of an international private equity group, where he had launched a family of mutual funds targeted for retirement savings, and a private pension plan, the first of its kind in Cyprus.

His experience in venture capital includes investing in and managing projects in healthcare and drug discovery, agriculture, public transport, waste management systems, recycling, alternative energy and software development. He is a Chartered Director (Institute of Directors, UK) and holds professional certifications from the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission and the Cyprus Insurance Companies Control Service.

Constantinos studied on full-merit scholarships at the University of Cambridge (BA, MA Hons) and at University College London (PhD) and has held a Welcome Trust Prize post-doctoral research fellowship at Harvard Medical School.
